Delivery & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without giving a reason. This right applies to all orders placed through bdphotography.uk.

Step 1 — Tell us you want to cancel

Contact us within 14 days of the day after your order is delivered. Use the contact form and include:

• Your name and order number
• The item or items you wish to return

We will confirm your cancellation by email and give you the return address.

Step 2 — Return the goods

Once you have told us, you have 14 days to send the item back. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition with adequate packaging to prevent damage in transit.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot process refunds for items lost in return transit.

Step 3 — Your refund

We will issue a full refund — including the standard outbound delivery charge you paid — within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof of postage, whichever comes first).

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 working days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank.

If you selected an upgraded delivery option, only the standard delivery cost is refunded.

Something arrived wrong

If your print arrives damaged, or there is a visible defect in the print quality, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. Send us a photo of the damage via the contact form, along with your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including return postage if we ask you to send the item back.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.

How our prints are made

All prints are produced to order by specialist fine art print labs and shipped directly to you. We do not hold stock ourselves. This means lead times of 1–3 business days before dispatch are normal, and your print may arrive in packaging from our fulfilment partner.

UK delivery

Free standard delivery on all UK orders. Estimated delivery 3–5 business days after dispatch.

European delivery

£10 per order. Estimated delivery 5–10 business days after dispatch. Import duties are not applicable for orders within the EU.

Rest of world

£16 per order. Estimated delivery 7–14 business days after dispatch. Import duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
